    A: Everything in our application is managed via single login dialog, All login information is encrypted using a RC4 algorithm, and users can be added to security roles, so that you can allow only a specific users/group (role) to delete/add/create files and folders. You can also integrate WebFileExplorer with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) where users and administrators can feel secure that the information being passed maintains high confidentiality.

    A: Yes, When you purchase a license, you receive the full Active Server Pages (ASP) source code. If you are proficient with ASP, you will be able to make modifications to the system so that it better fits your needs of those of your clients.
    Please note that we have encoded some pages that handle the number of users.

    A: To install WebFileExplorer, please follow the steps below:

    1. Unzip the file and upload it to your server.

    2. Open default.asp in your browser and use the default login name and password as "admin" (case sensitive), you can change it once you have logged in.

    3. (Optional) In order to be able to compress/uncompress files you need to double click on RegThedll.bat file that found in "bin" folder to register the Compress.dll.

    A: WebFileExplorer is refundable for 30 days for defects or software bugs only, following at least one opportunity for WebFileExplorer team to correct the defects or software bugs within 2 days. The customer must also agree to cease using the software and destroy all existing copies of the software in their possession.

    Refunds are not given for missing features or capabilities for our software products which feature a fully functional online demo. The customer is responsible for determining if the product is suitable by using the demo.

    Refunds are not given for inability to meet hardware or software requirements for which the requirements are clearly listed on the product site or for which compatibility testing software is provided.
